Waiting for the engineering for the slab to completed. In a meantime noticed the deterioration of foundation condition due to the weight of steel re inforcement. The mesh is bending /sagging at the edges and boundaries.

This is a pipe which was abutting to the slab has now been fixed. Thanks to the supervisor and my building inspector David seville.

Some of the bending and sagging issue noted by supervisor and supported until the ready to concrete.

This is the place from where PD has removed the drainage from alfresco but left the vapour barrier open and damaged. Supposed to be covered or taped.

If looked at the top right hand corner , the steel mesh has bended downwards.

Steel mesh sagging at a different place.

support chair sinking in to the waffle pod due to the weight of steel mesh. As a result there will be less concrete between the mesh and waffle pod.

Another sagging issue.

This is a garage. on the top where the timber barriers are the whole mesh is bending downwards.

After building inspector raised it as issued. PD wrapped the drainage pipes but some how the wrapping is short lived and required attention.

Again another neighbour got their agi pipes properly protected with the sock. My one has left as it is by PD. There answer is the job will be done by the crushed rocks. Honestly i don't even know if the crushed rock is placed over it yet?
